16th Century gown for Tyler and
friends.
The over gown is made of soft black dupioni silk. It is
fully lined and snaps at the back. It is heavily with
faux pearls, garnet beads at the neck, bodice, skirts,
and sleeves. The underskirt is made of deep burgundy
dupioni silk. It is fully lined and snaps at the back.
The partlet (blouse) is made of an embroidered organza
in ivory. It was handmade and fits like a glove. It is
accented with garnet beads, faux pearls and tiny gold
delica beads. The French hood is made of sturdy
materials and covered with silk dupioni and black
velvet, and accented with garnet and faux pearl beads.
It has a long black chiffon veil attached to it.
The cloak is made of black velvet, with garnet silk
dupioni lining, trimmed in antique gold trim and
accented with tiny faux pearls.
The jewelry is made of small faux pearls, garnets, gold
delica beads, and antique gold accents. |
