Tudor Gown
This lovely Tudor gown is made of a medium
blue, gold shot dupioni. It is fully lined, trimmed in
antique gold trim, Czech glass beads and faux pearls, and snaps
at the back. The underskirt is made of deep gold floral
brocade, is fully lined and snaps at the back. Her
headpiece is called an attifet, and is made of sturdy materials,
covered in the same dupioni as the gown and trimmed with antique
gold trim, Czech glass beads and faux pearls. The partlet
(blouse) is made of ivory embroidered organza, and is accented
with tiny deep gold delica beads. Her jewelry is made of
faux pearls, Czech glass beads in blue and yellow, and gold
accents.
As with all of our items, great attention is paid to accurate
historical look and details.
