Tudor Gown
This lovely Tudor gown is made of deep
olive dupioni silk, so dark it masquerades as brown in certain
light. It is fully lined and snaps at the back. It
is accented with antique gold trim, puffs at the sleeves, and
deep olive Czech glass beads and antique gold delica beads.
The underskirt is made of ivory brocade and accented with a
strip of the same olive dupioni as the gown, antique gold trim
and faux pearls. Her headpiece, known as a French Hood, is
covered in the same deep olive as the gown and accented with
antique gold trim and faux pearls, along with Czech glass beads
in deep olive. Her jewelry is made of faux pearls, Czech
glass beads, and antique gold accents.
As with all of our items, great attention is paid to accurate
historical look and details.
