Civil War Gown
This lovely Civil War gown was
commissioned by a customer, and is reminiscent of the lovely
gown from The King and I. It is made in a soft lavender
shimmering satin. It is fully lined and snaps at the back.
The under garments are made of cotton and lace, and included a
Civil War hoop and petticoat, along with a pair of pantaloons.
The gloves are made of soft white stretch fabric. Her
snood is made of lavender crewel thread, accented with small
beads. Her jewelry includes a small gold bracelet made of
delica beads.
