Elizabethan Historical Gown Included in ensemble: Bodice, Skirt, headpiece and jewelry. (Doll is not included.) This lovely Elizabethan gown is a new style for me, and I am pleased to share it with you! The bodice and skirt are made of a wonderful silver/platinum silk dupioni. The bodice is form fitting and snaps at the back. It is intricately embroidered by hand in purple toned embroidery threads, with small green leaves. It is also accented with tiny silver delica beads. The headpiece is made of the same lovely silver/platinum dupioni, and white organza and lace accents. The bodice and had are both accented with plum colored Czech glass beads and faux pearls. Her jewelry is made of the same faux pearls and plum Czech glass beads as used on the gown and headpiece. This gown also comes with a neat little shaper called a "bumroll". This little crescent roll looking item creates bulk at the hip and backside, allowing the skirt to hang properly for the time period. It ties at the front. I hope everyone likes this new style, and watch for more to come.
